Give us the property address, the best way to reach you, and a short description of what is going on — leak, storm damage, aging roof, new build, or just planning ahead. From there we walk the property, assess the roof, and put together your estimate.
What information should I provide when requesting an estimate?
The most useful details are the property address, the type of property, roughly how old the roof is, the material if you know it, and what problem prompted the call. Photos of interior staining or damaged areas help, and so does noting whether the issue is recent or long-running. For new construction or a planned project, plans and a target timeline let us give a much more accurate picture.

Is the $750 roofing special available for every project?
The $750 offer applies to qualifying Spey Roofing projects of $5,000 or more that we approve. It cannot be combined with any other offers and expires December 31, 2026. Mention it when you request your estimate and we will confirm that your project qualifies.
What areas does Spey Roofing serve?
Spey Roofing is based in Bend and serves Central Oregon, including Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville, and Madras. We are licensed throughout Oregon and are willing and able to travel statewide, so projects outside Central Oregon are welcome too.
